The shock probably erased it from your memory

I have yet to get any electric shocks from anything here. (I know I shouldn't say these things!)

So far so good. However when I have worked in the states sometimes I have managed to get sockets to spark when trying to plu stuff in. Which was quite scary.

When in the UK the only eletric shocks I have received were when dealing with electrical items with the cases off and still plugged in. (D'oh!!)
