| It sounds very much like you have the analogue package with Cablecom. You won't get the BBC channels unless you have the digital package which costs 6 francs a month. If you have this, then there will be a set-top box with numbers on the front. BBC1 is channel 155 on mine. | |

Hm...that might be the case. then how can I do that subscription, on their website, they seem not to provide any phone number, only the online question form...
