It is time to get started if we're going to run a marathon in the spring. We'll have our first run this Saturday October 20 at 8:00 in the morning from the Horgen train station. We'll start with a 5 km (3 miles). This is only the first run of many. This one may sound like a short run, but we will build to a 16 km/10 mile normal run and add in longer distances as we approach the race. We will be using a run/walk method that will help you recover faster and allow you to have a life after a long run. Please send me a private message if you plan to join, so I can get a count of how many we will have.
