Believe me, Livit ain't much better. They left us stranded for several days in a row without hot water - three times in the last 5 months. Hauswart can't be reached, Livit can't be reached, etc.

Why can't management companies with this many properties at least have a 24 hr hotline when the s... hits the fan on a Friday after 4 PM?
