| What kind of real world upload and download speeds are you getting from cablecom?
Anyone willing to take this test and give me their results? From my Sunrise ADSL connection I am getting-
Download speed- 1.8 Mbps
Upload speed- 501 Kbps
I just want to see what my options are when my Sunrise contract runs out. I want more bandwidth :-) | |

for an advertised 5000/500 service on speed tests locally (
http://perftest.cablecom.ch) I get 4500/520 speeds and with wider latency I get lower download speeds but consistently hit 500+kbps upload speed.
I think it's been mentioned elsewhere but I've nuked one cable modem (replaced FOC), one power supply (replaced FOC) and the service has dropped no more than 4 times per year maximum.
And because I have Digital Phone, I have an 800 number to call when all goes wrong.
