Anyway - much as I'd love to get a real tree (or even a fake one, for that matter) here, I doubt there'd be much point. Plus, Zürich being Zürich, how much would one expect to pay for a (real) tree? | |

I wanted to say you can get a real tree from Migros for probably about CHF 25.00 upwards. They are normally imported, though. We normally buy one from a local dealer, who brings them to Klus-Park for a week in December. They are born and bred Swiss trees and a reasonable-sized Swiss Nordmann (that's the shiny, thick needles that don't shed so quickly), approx. 1.5m, costs around CHF 80.00.
A good deal, seeing as we hardly ever spend money during the year on cut flowers and bouquets.
