Re: iPhone in Switzerland

I was in London on Friday and got dragged kicking & screaming to my brothers local O2 store so that he could buy one.

Once... and I mean only on one occasion that I managed to drag it from his hands, he gave me the classic sad Beagle look and I got a chance to have a short look. I want one. I don't care what anyone says about battery life. I don't care how many of you Windoze supporters there are out there. I want one.

And by the way, he got it home Friday night, filled it up with goodies (video, music and synced with his mail etc). The battery lasted all through to Sunday night when I was leaving with still about a quarter of the charge and he was playing with it all the time. Checking the WiFi access everywhere, checking Google Maps, checking the browser etc.

I want one Swisscom.... I think I am moving countries. The prohibition of late showers, the recycling visits to the tip on Saturdays, everything closed when I need milk, and now the final straw. I suppose I shall vote with my feet and go... buy an iPhone
