After much searching, I now have a sublet option. For those of you who have read my other threads about my housing dilemma(and thanks for all your help) you will know that I tried renting from agents and then furnished holiday flats; now I'm looking into a sublet which suits the time period I'm going to be in Lausanne. Is there anything I should look out for. Will I have to deal with the owner/renting agent if all my dealings right now are with the tenant. Just wanted to make sure that if this works out there will be no surprises.
