Re: Eating 5 meals a day to eating 3 big meals?

Hi There

I was adviced by the doctor to eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals a day due to some health issues. I usually eat 3 big meals a day. I am a vegetarian and I cook twice a day. Now I am finding it very difficult to follow this schedule. I would like to change that habit and move on to the new way but I am lacking ideas on how can I incorporte and what kind of food should I take in these 5 meals? If somone of you are following this routine I would like some tips on this.

I searched the forum but didnt find a similar topic. Although I do apologize if this is a cross posting.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to some tips.

Have a good evening.
Best Regards
Suggest not changing diet too rapidly....keep your three meals at the same times and with the same type of menu as before, but reduce portion size by 30%, then in the gaps between.....just snack. Two carrots, nuts, dry fruits, something like that
