Re: Attend German class in Basel

hi!

I am sorry to come back on the topic again... I will move to Basel soon and am looking for an INTENSIVE with all capital letters German course for (absolute) beginners. I had a look at all the schools you mentioned in this thread and realise that it requires quite a lot of money... an incentive to make the best choice!

I am looking for a very intensive course that allows me after completion to actually interact in every day life (A2-B1 level i suppose).

Knowing myself, I would defenetly prefer a challenging course then something easy and slow. And this what I am most concern about: in these course it seems that you may find yourself loocked in the class for 10-12 weeks every day.

did any of you take an intensive course for beginners that have found rather challenging but effective? After completion, could you really deal with the language? I am at the moment looking at Inlingua, NHS, Berlitz e SKK but do not exclude any other.

thanks a lot
