I've only been able to ascertain charges ZKB demand when transferring online SEPA transactions to an EU country but not what the liable fees are from the recipient banks (3rd party). I want to send money to two EU countries (Luxembourg - BCEE and Ireland- Bank of Ireland), however, the amounts are regular and small and I don't want to incur too many charges. I read that within the SEPA zone, normally you can't be charged more than domestic online transfers, which are small charges, this with the exception of Switzerland. I would like to know does this mean if I've paid the Swiss bank a charge to send funds the receiving bank in a eurozone country won't charge me more than domestic charges (I can only choose to share or accept all charges with ZKB)? I'm being careful because I sent 50 euro from Ireland (not online though) to Switzerland using SEPA and got charged 25 euro by the receiving bank, whereas the Irish bank only charged 50cent. The official in the Bank of Ireland didn't know this at the time so they were as surprised as me!

For BCEE the answer is zero , unless you're on a plan where you pay for every transaction, in which case you pay the unsual "per transaction" fee.
