This has been adressed a number of times already so I'll not go into details. Suffice to say that as spouse to a Swiss Citizen you are allowed free and unrestricted access to the job market upon presenting the relevant authorities with a job offer.

You will initially be delivered a B permit with "living with Swiss spouse" as stay purpose.
