I need some help on rental agreements if anyone has time.
I am lucky enough to have secured a part of a house with a company who renovates properties. They will knock down the property in a year maybe 18 months to build apartments. We've come to an agreement that I will rent for a year or so - this has been done on a trust basis, friends of friends and so on but is quite secure.
I said I'd help the process by finding a blank rental contract we could use as a template for the agreement. Does anyone have such a thing? In English would be good. I've seen similar for sub-lets but this isn't a sub-let but a let direct from landowner but without a regie.
