You are assuming that the employer only receives responses from Experteer, which I do not believe is the case - almost every time I have come across an interesting position on Experteer, I have also seen it on other sites...

Why would an employer limit the pool of candidates they can access by posting their open position only on a site that candidates have to pay to see??
