Re: Native American English Speaker with English/Journalism Background

So a native Brit would be ok, as long as they have been trained to misspell words?

Are these executives just too uncomfortable with reading non-American English? I once wrote a report for an American company - then they objected to my spelling of "fibre". The report was for internal use only, intended for a very small audience. I invited them to build a bridge and get over it.
