Hello

I have kept my residence in Zurich while working in Germany for 12 months. Now I am back and have a temporary contract for only 3 months. The job prospects for 2012 may prove to be difficult. Can I claim unemployment benefits though? Is my permit still valid having lived primarily in Germany for the last year although visited Zurich once a month or more often? I have already claimed unemployment benefits before.

You may be entitled to a claim in Germany, have you worked in CH for 12 of the last 24?
When did your last rahmenfrist end? you could still be eligable from before.
