Try an anthroposophical doctor. The headquarters of the anthroposophical movement are in Dornach/Arlesheim (Baselland) and there should be enough anthroposophical doctors around the Basel area.

If I remember correctly there used to be an anthroposophical children's doctor in Arlesheim, (can't remember the name though) - although this was 18 years ago or more. Wish you luck.
