Will irish penalty points affect my Swiss insurance?
Last time I was home I hired a car with my irish driving licence. I got caught speeding by a camera. So the rental company sent the details to my irish address, which was forwarded to me in Switzerland. I have to pay a EUR 80 fine and I get 2 penalty points on my licence. Fair enough, I was speeding

What I was wondering is will the points on my irish licence affect my ability to get a swiss licence and increase my car insurance premium here in Switzerland?
