The points will be added to your Irish license but will be of no concern to you here in Switzerland.

If you hand in your Irish license for a Swiss one then as an Irish citizen the Gardai will very kindly hold your points for you, and add them when you request your Irish License back from your local motor tax office.

Oh... and in Ireland I don't think they physically enter the points on the license they are just stores on the ridiculous computer system that cost a fortune but didn't work for its first year of existence!
