No, but anyway for the points to be entered you need to send the license in don't you? In which case send it to the Swiss Authorities and ask for their version of a license. They will of course issue you with one and return the Irish license to the Irish authorities who can do what the hell they like with it...

They sent me a form to send back with the fine payment, where I have to list my licence number. What I was concerned about was if the Swiss authorities send back my licence then Ireland will notify them (and my new swiss licence) that I have speeding points - so my insurance would go up. Maybe I'm being a little paranoid
