What i need to know exactly is
while waiting for aslyum application process in an EU country(in its early stages before even having the interview), if applying for the visa family reunification visa at this time will there be any conflict, is it allowed legaly? so lets say i got the visa to switzerland will it be possible then to cancel the application for aslyum? is there any consequences of doing that.
AND
Is there any legal way to enter switzerland with marriage cert issued in spain? and then applying for the b permit from switzerland. | |

You probably shouldn't wait any longer on this. Get thee to the consultant with this list of questions.
But you can not go to Switzerland without the proper entry visa.
