I am one of those who follow closely the "Posts Per Day" indicator. Mine is declining steadily from 4.06 (last year) to 2.94 (now).
It's like loosing weight, you check regularly on the scale and when there is a temptation to post you think about the "calories" that will immediately move the scale indicator up.
