| This afternoon I paid a short visit to the Zurich Wednesday Hauptbahnhof Market again, because last week, after trying some hot ginger syrup, I did not come with enough cash-in-pocket.
There are a number of new stalls there now, all quite near our own Men of the Cheese-Cloth.
I am always impressed with entrepreneurs that have the self-drive to start up their own business, and after being introduced last week, this week I spent a short time talking with a young gentleman, Roman.
He is a qualified jelly maker, and has a stall selling syrup, konfituere and gelée. http://www.haltbarmacherei.ch/
