| ive often wondered how one gets a stall at the HB weds market. Id love to test a proof of concept with some flavours from my wife's native Oaxacan cooking (southern mexico). open faced street tacos ftw!
as a native californian, i miss the mexican food my home state adopted as its own cuisine terribly, and this chile con carne crap they pass off as mexican food here is not only unsatisfactory, its also expensive.
id love to see if i could bust out a taqueria type stand. seems like in a country with such affection for kebabs in fladenbrot, a taqueria would have an audience, oder?
anyways, if those of you who have stalls there could point me to how it is done and what sort of investment it entails. i'd be appreciative and interested in looking into it.

oh yes, please God let some authentic Mexican food be served here, if this becomes true I will be a customer. Sadly, I cannot help you with anything other than my appetite and hard-earned chuffs, but know you have a customer base of at least one should this dream be realized.
