I'm sure the shops would welcome this extra holiday time, from what I've seen and heard it's on these premises that most of the world's free time is spent.

However a successful acceptance of this bill would simply prove (to those waiting in the wings with the nails for the coffins) that work forces are too large for the job to be done.
