My wife had a student in Florida who parents were very uneducated and could not speak English. When their daughter was born the hospital put the their last name on label for the nursery form and put "Female" in the first name box because the parents had not given the name yet. Well......THEY LEFT IT THAT WAY!! The girl was named Female. They eventually pronounced it Feh-mall-E. Pretty sad.

This was the worst followed very closely by the muslim boy two grades below her with the name Shithead (pronounced shi-theed)
