I don't often chime in on these threads as so many others are much more knowledgeable about what to do here but...seriously? an au pair? You have rights. You're the child's mother. I hope coco comes along and tells you who you need to talk to but...be strong. Be brave. And, most of all, take no word unless it comes from a lawyer or other versed in the laws of the land.
