Our super apartment in the Swiss countryside will be free for rent as of 1 June. It has 4 rooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a large sideyard, and was totally renovated 3 years ago. The current rent is 1600 per month plus some annual heating costs. The living space is around 90m2, but the size of the kitchen makes it much larger. Also, there is a really nice wood stove, a balcony, and a lovely view over the valley.

The apartment is located in Bressonnaz-Dessus, a little cluster of houses on the hillside just south of Moudon, about 20 minutes from Lausanne. The best thing about this place the neighbors. They are Swiss and Scotish families. It's really an ideal place for a family with young kids who want / need to connect better to life in Switzerland. There is also a small playground and some goats .

The family who rents our flat would really prefer to find a family who is non-smoking and doesn't have too many dogs. It's also important that whomever takes the apartment doesn't mind talking with their neighbors or sharing a meal every now and again.
