I'll be coming to Switzerland with a work visa for period of six months. ( For my internship).

I want to know whether I can travel to other neighboring countries like France with this work visa ??
If no, will I have to take a Schengen visa.
I just want go there for a day or two. Not for any business matters. Just to visit them.
