| Well that is my interpretation of the data show if you click "Swiss and foreigners" on the right side and then scroll down to the chart which shows the income by type of residence permit: The longer someone is in Switzerland, the closer the salary gets to the Swiss average... any other explanation then "exploitation of not knowing the price you can ask" is welcome...
