He showed me some ID and explained how I had a TV license but not a radio license. He told me its the law and took me though all the steps on his computer to sign me up right there and then, I signed and he explained I would get a bill.

I then started to wonder about how legitimate this was and asked to see ID again, it was just a card with his name and a photo so I said anyone could make that, he then gave me his card with Billag details and his name on it. He said I should phone them to check. I thought this sounded OK but I wanted to ask if others have had similar experiences, do you think he was legit? Bit late now I know....
