Damn it, I revisted this thread to check on when one can start to make noise.

As I was awoken this morning at 7am to hammering and drilling!! Though it appears, 7am is a suitable time, which is BS!

Then on route out to walk the dog, I had to dodge bath tub and toilet in the hallway, and noticed half the drying room has been invaded with neighbours storage.

Same neighbours who complain about leaving your clothes drying for more than one day when still wet.

Can I complain? It's not in my nature normally, but these people complain about everything. Surely theres grounds here.
