Just to add to this thread a similar question, but basically the same...and for Cider? Anyone know if there is any different in laws when it comes to using apples over grapes? Or if there is a market here for English style cider?

There is a market here for English style cider, from the locals as well as expats. I'm asked for it all the time so please get in touch if you start production.
