I wish you well...hopefully Migros will give you a satisfactory result! We had a similar issue when in the states where the store couldn't deliver a tv on the agreed upon day due to an ice storm and I went in and complained and they gave me 10% off. I wouldn't expect this here...but sometimes the squeaky wheel does get the oil. Now, I can't remember if they gave me the 10% on the tv we already had or if it was on the small new one that we bought as I had to have a tv that day...the final four was on and my team was involved
