| When we went to Geneva there is in fact an American store by the train station that sells Domino's brown sugar along with other things - but very over priced of course! http://www.americanmarket.ch/ is the shop. I guess they also deliver but I've never tried. For a pseudo American brown sugar good enough for baking I've used white sugar and molasses. For most of the things I have made (pies mostly) you can't tell the difference. If you just google it you can find the right combination. Hope this helps! | |

I make my own for the american style bakery I occasionally make,stored in a really!!! airtight container i find it keeps for up to 6 months before getting a bit hard to separate.
I mix 2/3 of sugar with 1/3 of molasses
