Thank you to everyone who took part in my poll. The results were 50/50 self/company cleaning. BUT nearly everyone who DIY'ed was happy and only 2 people said they had big problems.

Soooooo....

I did my own cleaning. I now have no skin on my knuckles and I swear the de-calc chemicals have removed all the cilia from my lungs. But the agent said today I will get all my deposit back in the next few days.
