Yup you're right, flea and tick treatment needs to be done inside of 48 hours before entry, sorry, like I said my brain is fried...

As for the entry points the info in my post is the info given to us by the UK embassy in Switzerland and the UK respectively, so be warned... never trust a random vacation site over the authorities :·S
