Go in the pool - water a refreshing 27/28° - cool but not cold ..... can stay in for ages.

Then come in the house where the heating is running on it's cooling function - pumping cold water round the underfloor pipes - nice cold tiles.

When the house feels warm, then go underground in the cellar and play toggeli or ping-pong.
