You get an extra child benefit per month of a smaller amount (less than 200CHf off the top of my head) but you definitely get a lump sum one-off payment of 1500CHf. I have checked it with other mums here in Lausanne and they also got it. The payment was due to go into my husband's salary this month so I will check whether it has been paid. You should talk to your husband's employer about it (assuming you are not working yourself).
