My parents who are well above 70 - and ah not too fit (arthritis, heart problems etc..) - went on the glacier express (between St.Moritz and Zermatt) and enjoyed it - views of the snow with not too much exercise ! They also went to the Rheinfalls...Do a google search - I remember seeing some senior specific trips when I was researching for my parents' trips.
