To those who have given sermons on morality - yes I know the right thing is to pay the fine and not break the law. My question was what could happen if I don't pay it - it is a free choice I am entitled to make, whether wrong or right - I will suffer the consequences - hence the question related to consequences - but thanks for the advice in good faith anyway.
