I'm certainly guilty of turning up without announcing it on the forum - I really should log on here more often. It was great to meet everyone last night, old and new.

If we regularly get that many people turning up it might be worth speaking to the bar staff in advance and see if we can move into the funky back bar...if we have a dedicated barman, it might cut back on ordering time too..
