One of them is, has anybody had a problem with citizenship? I mean, I heard that according to some Swiss law or something, the employer who wants to hire a guy from non-EU contries has to prove that no Swiss or EU-citizen is qualified for that job. Well, I was also told this is normally not at all a problem for big companies.. while this company I mentioned has only around 300+ employees..

The other one is, how many holidays do the employees of small companies have? since I know for big companies there are in total about 5 weeks holidays per year. I just don't know if it's the same/similar situation elsewhere..
