| Hi there,
I'm moving to Basel in January and am busy training for IronMan triathlon in South Africa in April 08. I need to keep up my training but running and swimming will be easy. I am looking for people to train with or people to advise me on rules of the road for road cyclists as well as routes around the Basel area. I usually do about 50-70km twice a week and then 100-160km on weekend. Anyone out there that can help out? Anyone want training partners???

Ant: Too bad you are not in Zurich area, as I do quite a bit of training for both road and mountain bike races. Should you desire to work in some hills (not sure how hilly the SA Ironman bike course is) I often ride the distances you mention on the weekends.
