Yeah, he is still married but separated for some 2 years. He is just about to start in the divorce, that is why he opts for now to let it out in the open by going to the community to officially state that we are cohabiting.

I guess if I will have a visa first and a residence permit afterwards things will be ok.

Life is complicated for me. I am just positive that things like the baby along the way is a kind of blessings.
