Hi,
I am interested to find out what you guys and gals are doing in your free time in Switzerland, besides being online.

There are some things which I could not do in my home country but they are quite easily available here.

Let me list some of the hobbies / pasttimes which I would otherwise not be able to do:

1. Skiing / snowboarding (snow sports)
2. Hiking in the mountains (actually I don't do this often)
3. Aeroplane modelling and flying (built my paraglider but yet to fly it)
4. Having a motorbike as a weekend hobby and not as a mode of transport
5. Shooting a pistol at a range / I even tried a shotgun too, and an Uzi.
6. Go-karting with real nice race karts instead of lawnmowers with 4 wheels
7. Mountain biking and road cycling (safe here)

I am also considering:
1. Paragliding
2. Airplane flying (heard it is about 10kchf for summer course)
3. Motorcross "racing"
4. Road racing (bike or car on tracks in nearby Germany)


Can some of you add to this list?
