The SAC site lists numerous sections in the canton and at least 3 that appear to be in Zurich proper. Would any one know what the difference is between the ones located in the city, if any?

And, more importantly, are any particularly English (or Italian or Russian) friendly? Sadly, my German is completely non-existent.
