| Oh, I just had a silly skiing accident that ended with a broken ankle (you can see more here). At least I got to ride in a helicopter after it happened, which I admit was exciting.
It's been right at two months now, so I'm getting to the point to just run on it anyway too... still won't be doing sprints right away though, but hopefully not too much longer. When I do, I can travel into Zurich - it's not that far from here (could be a nice warm-up bike ride!). | |

when you do start sprints, you will probably be better off doing strides on grass.
I am thinking weeked run soon. keep healing!
