I have noticed the same thing, no women riding here, except for 2 women I saw last week who were riding super fast, looked liked racers to me. If you are interested in riding a bit slower, send me a PM, although I am in Geneva (looks like you are in Lausanne). We could meet half way and then do some climbing.
