| Zurich - An Opportunity??
Dear All, For the last hour, I was going through your answers and am happy to say, many of you give a lot of assitance to ignorants like me. This is my first posting and am hoping to benefit from it. Thank u in advance. Here's my story. I am pretty sure I've got the job in Zurich. It's an international company. The position is middle-management in insurance. Since I have never been in Zurich, I was wondering if u can help me with some figures:- What is a good salary in Zurich to allow one to live comfortably
- How much of the gross salary is deducted for taxes?insurance?others I should know about
- How much do rent cost?Low and high?
- Do I need a car to go around in Zurich or the public transportation system is good
- Does Zurich have a good social and night life or it's only good to work
- If I only know English, will I have trouble communicating in daily life
